HARTFORD — Rep. David Scribner knows a few things about the good deeds of Girl Scouts — all three of his daughters are scouts. Scribner chatted with high school junior Maloney about her Gold Award — equivalent of the Eagle Badge for Boy Scouts — which will have her run a tennis clinic for special needs children.
