The third annual Greater Hartford Women’s Conference will include a panel of women discussing courage and commitment in their personal and professional lives.
Panel members include author Gina Barreca, State Supreme Court Associate Justice Joette Katz, ECHN vice president Kate Sims, and Teresa Younger, executive director of the state’s Permanent Commission on the Status of Women. The moderator is L. Kay Wilson, an attorney and motivational speaker.
The conference features former Good Morning America host Joan Lunden, and Kara Sundlun from WFSB-Channel 3.
The conference, a program of the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce, is April 28 at Maneeley’s Banquet and Conference Center in South Windsor.
Early registration is $129, which includes lunch. After March 31, registration is $149. A table for 10 is $1,200. Some of the conference’s proceeds will go to Interval House, Hartford’s domestic violence shelter.
